The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Swimming became our daily ritual - floating around and splashing each other after breakfast was a highlight. The room was spacious and clean, offering a nice retreat from the day's activities. One evening, after dinner in the nice on-site restaurant with an impressive wine selection, we challenged each other to some games of billiards. The relaxed vibe made it easy to unwind while competing for family bragging rights. We also discovered a calm terrace where we spent lovely afternoons sipping drinks while the children played nearby. The staff were polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay, and the varied breakfast spread gave us the energy needed for our adventures. Our experience at Het Wapen was enjoyable, providing a wonderful base for a family vacation amidst a friendly atmosphere. This is a great option for those seeking a family-friendly getaway.
